STEM Education Camp

Want to Teach Math or Science?

The STEM Education Camp is designed for current high school seniors interested in a career as a math or science teacher. This two-day camp held at Texas A&M University introduces students to teaching STEM fields as a profession. Students will interact with TAMU faculty, staff and students through various presentations and activities. The program will conclude with participants attending the Texas A&M vs. Vanderbilt football game at Kyle Field. The STEM Education Camp will be held October 25-26, 2013 on the Texas A&M University campus.

Who Can Attend?

Any current high school senior interested in teaching math or science who has taken the SAT or ACT (with writing) and is ranked in the top 25 percent of their class can apply to the STEM Education Camp.

How can I apply?

Students interested in attending must print the application, fill it out completely, and submit it prior to the posted deadline. The application process is competitive, and students will be notified directly if they are selected to attend. There is no cost to attend.
