Transformational Learning Fellows Program

Our program recognizes students committed to engaging in high-impact, transformative learning experiences allowing them to make connections across courses and create co-curricular experiences

Academic Coaching

We focus on supporting students as they successfully navigate their degree program. Our job is to assist in developing a meaningful plan to assist students in effectively managing their time and accomplishing their academic goals

First Gen Network

Over 25% of CEHD students are first-generation and often need assistance from resources across the University. Through our network, we pair students with persons in each department or unit who were first-generation students themselves and understand obstacles specific to first-gen Aggies.
Each academic year the College of Education & Human Development has a 20% to 25% First-generation student population. These students bring some incredible characteristics with them to campus that will support their success, but like many other students, First-gen students may not be aware of all the resources that are available to them here at Texas A&M University and may not understand the hidden curriculum that is attached to being a college student. Through our network, we connect students with faculty and/or staff who were the first in their family to complete college who can support their holistic development.

Student Organizations

In order to provide the best student experience possible, we encourage you to get involved and interact with peers through one of our many student organizations.
