Sandy and Mike Wilkinson ’86 started the Gaddis Girls’ STEM Camp in the School of Education and Human Development in Sandy’s father’s name.  The former army Lt. Colonel was a junior high school math teacher and a high school assistant principal. He taught her the importance of education from an early age.  Today, Sandy is the vice president and co-founder of the Richardson, Texas-based Paragon Innovations Inc.   She and Mike created an organization that produces innovative, problem-solving electronic designs. They foster a company atmosphere that embraces fun and creative thinking.

She is active in several organizations, including the Plano Civic Chorus, the Dallas Genealogy Society, Vistage International, Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC) and TechAmerica formerly, American Electronics Association (AEA). Previously she was on the Senior Financial Technology Steering Committee for the MTBC, Board member for the Southwest High-Tech Career, active in the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, Women in Technology International (WITI) and Dallas-Fort Worth CEO Network.
