Donna is the director of Service Excellence, Education, and Pastoral Care at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco, Texas. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Association of University Programs in Healthcare Administration, and The Birkley Institute. She was appointed by the Governor of Texas to serve on the advisory council for the Department of Disability and Aging. She is also a board member and health consultant for GAP Ministries Inc. Donna received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education from Texas A&M (while playing basketball), a Master’s of Science in Education from Baylor University, and a Ph.D. in Community Health Education from Texas Woman’s University. She has over30 years of experience in health education, nutrition, wellness, leadership development and motivation; working with public schools, universities, corporations, and various health care institutions.
