Rick is an attorney specializing in litigation and is one of the founding shareholders of Hallett & Perrin, P.C. in Dallas, Texas. Rick received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M in 1970, a master’s degree from the University of Arkansas in 1974, and a Juris Doctor in 1977 from St. Mary’s University. He served as president of the Lettermen’s Association in 2003, and was chair of the 12th Man Foundation in 2010. Rick is serving on the President’s Advisory Council; he is also the past-chair of the School of Education and Human Development’s Dean’s Advisory Council. Rick and his wife, Sue, have two children, Kristi R. Cole ’93 and Robert L. Rickman ’96, and five grandchildren.
