The Texas Center for the Advancement of Literacy & Learning (TCALL) received a two-year grant in July from the Texas Workforce Commission totaling over $4.7 million. The grant will fund a project called TRAIN PD @ TCALL — a project that provides research-based professional development, resources, and networking for adult education and literacy (AEL) programs throughout the state of Texas.
