From Aggieland to Kenya: International Collaboration Promotes Education and CEHD’s Culture of Excellence
-CEHD is proud to be part of an international collaboration to promote education. A delegation from Kenya visited the Texas A&M campus in College Station and the Texas A&M Bush School of Government and Public Service, Washington, D.C. Teaching Site. The visits were part of a Memorandum of Understanding between us and the Kenyan Ministry of Education.

CEHD Dedicates Funds For New Research Collaborations
-The College of Education and Human Development has dedicated $270,000 to fund a third round of Catapult Grants used to enhance quality of life for populations across Texas. The nine grants feature collaborations between each department in the college as well as other colleges across Texas A&M University.

-Collaborations across all four departments in the College of Education and Human Development are resulting in more than $125,000 in research thanks to a series of Catapult grants from the college.

Grants Lead To Collaboration On Six Research Projects
-During a fall faculty retreat, Dean Joyce Alexander announced $270,000 available for seed grants with two deadline periods, one in the fall and one in the spring. The six winners of the fall competition were announced last week.

College Collaboration Brings Deeper Insight To First Folio
-The exhibit will feature literary workshops and showcase original manuscripts of some of Shakespeare’s most famous work, including Hamlet’s “to be or not to be.”
