Research Focuses On Corruption And The Impact Of Women In Government
-After spending 20 years working with nonprofit organizations both domestically and internationally, Catherine Cole wanted to study corruption as part of her doctoral dissertation. She spent three years researching corruption and its associated variables, specifically the impact women in government had on corruption.

School Enhancement Project Focuses On Improving Houston-Area Schools
-More than 1,500 school campuses in Texas are deemed low performers according to this year’s Public Education Grant from the Texas Education Agency. Eight of those schools are the focus of a research project by two professors in the Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development (EAHR) and Dr. Joyce Alexander, dean of the College of Education and Human Development.

Thirty-Eight CEHD Corps Members Achieve Academic Excellence
-This semester, these Corps members are wearing a gold or silver star above the right pocket of their uniform. Gold stars are awarded to those cadets who post a 4.0 GPR with a minimum of 12 hours the previous semester. Silver stars are awarded to cadets earning a 3.5 GPR with a minimum of 12 hours the previous semester.
